Katie is a movement specialist who works to strengthen weaknesses through specific exercises designed for each individual rather than generalized movement. Evaluations of personal body movements are used to create unique goals. She provides gray area training (i.e. post injury) as well as specific performanced based trainig for any level individual. Through her semi-private and one-on-one sessions you will experience smaller muscles being utilized in order to strengthen the larger muscle groups as a whole gaining better overall performance.
